Hopefully i wont have to rewrite this..i accidentally used the full r word and got my comment banned.

But yeah..even in 2021 people are getting convicted of crimes with the lil evidence.

Why? Are we back in the rural south...is that gregory peck..

Or are we racist?...culturally.

Point in case the book " lucky".. the real life story of a white woman that got r word on a college campus and her struggles to find her black attacker.

And ofcourse certain audiences bought the book and made the author famous..

But people wear blinders and dont see actual evidence..or lack of ..before them..

Including a producer that wanted to make lucky into a screenplay. He previously read the novel and thought it would make a great movie.

Unfortunately even now he admits that he was blinded by raw emotions from the..r word...when he first read the novel.

The second time though😲😲😲 holy fuck even the authors own testimony doesnt make sense and they put the wrong guy in prison.
I.e...they railroaded this black guy

Are you sure this book isnt called...to kill a mocking bird? Cause something is shady..

So he set on a quest to free this guy and clear his name..

When lucky was pulled off amazon etc...then and only then did this karen make a hollow apology.

And then turned herself into the victim....claiming the patriarchy DA forced her to pick out the wrong guy..

And the actual evidence against this man?

Well he's black ( wish i was kidding).. but hey if a pretty white woman says its so...
2. The black dude said hi to her and smiled...like omg he knew her from somewhere
3. Bogus hair fiber evidence that now is called junk science

And For that this guy lost his chance to even have a family...

And the author...ruined this man's life while making herself rich.

Ironically the producer is making a new film..unlucky..about how this black guy got railroaded..

And how easily people are to believe or convict someone based on the color of your skin..

Fuck dont believe me...look at how many times a man kills a woman. People assume he did it.
But if a woman kills a hubby or kids then he must have been abusive or shes insane..

People have preconceived notions of people before they even get on a jury...

And it's amazing how many people are convicted on lil evidence

Im not saying..that victims shouldnt be heard. But please lets use reason instead of raw emotion when it comes to criminal trials..

Too many karens are simply believed because they are white women...
Like karen in the park..this black man is harassing me..
Thank God video evidence is believed over a snowflake screaming at a 911 operator..
Karen
Believed by the police, the DA,the judge..
And the jury..

And then this bitch author let this guy rot...when she wasnt even sure it was the right guy???

But hey it sold alot of books.
Funny how she isnt giving him any $$$

Well, only 2% of federal crimes actually go to trial. Juries don't even see 98% of cases. Therefore, all of your points are 98% irrelevant. So everything you said is mostly peacefully moot.

Of the 2% that actually go to trial, the conviction rate is about 83% in the United States. Go to Japan or China and you will see a conviction rate north of 99% easy. And yet, you say nothing about that.

In summary, it is all relative. As intellectually flawed as jurors are and the system is, at least our system tells you that you are innocent until proven guilty. You have a chance in America if you really are innocent. Not all countries say that. In fact, most countries do not say that you are innocent until proven guilty. Thus, you see 99% conviction rates. You have to live somewhere in the world, pick your poison.

All I got from your post was complaints, whole complaints, and nothing but complaints. You offered zero solutions, because you have none.

You do realise this is a blog...right???

You do realise the racial component of both japan and china are 99.99999998 percent asian.

So how would racism effect their jury trials???

Solutions? Wow didnt know i was suddenly put in charge...damn im practically the fucking pope of problem solving.
