I set a goal for myself to be down to 185lb by the end of July for my work physical. Unfortunately the company got bought out and that physical came sooner.. tomorrow...than later. I did...finally..manage to squeak under the 200lb weight this morning.. A drop of 17lbs... And before anyone congratulates me... I'll add everything they tell you to do...can really go south if you have stress in your life.. I was no longer drinking, eating junk food, about 2 months ago I was walking 5 to 7 miles a week,lifting at the gym heavy AF twice a week..eating once a day, cut out caffeine, Alwhile working a 45 hrs a week job. And the weight would not come off. Ironically 2 yrs ago...I did less...and after the 200lb mark...the weight fell off me to 187..185lbs. And if your into science you'd imagine less food in..esp for a guy...should equate weight loss.. I'm probably eating under 2000 cals a day And nope..the weight be stuck at like 204lbs I really think the stress from this physical is to blame..

And trust me when your stressed the fuck out...you want to drink.. Add to that the stress of having no coffee in the mornings...yikes

contrats - it's really difficult to drop the pounds, especially as we age.
