Burn the house down! I had a very late start, on saterday. So, i had a short frame of time, to do all my important shopping. Was very bizzy!! running around, from shop to shop... Did not go to this one shop, because i knew, i needed way too much time there... That is for an other day. I can live without it! 🤣 Getting home, late, i was done. Did some cooking, and made a fire. My First fire, in the outdoors! my garden. It was great!! First, i could not get the fire started. The wood was still wet, althought this man,who sold it, told me; it is dry. Why lie about something, that will be found out? WHY? The overall mentallity of the folks in this provence.... 🤮🤢 sick fucks. Finally, i got the fire going!! I was sooo very happy! I Love Fire! 🔥🔥🔥   |

I have what they call a " weed wand " ( gas fired ) gets the fire in the garden going great as it does the wood fired pizza oven !!!! Bought on e-bay & not dear !

Nothing beats an open fire, but dry wood does help - perhaps if you have a window that faces the sun, then stack the wood on the window-sill to get dried out indoors. D-J xx

davina, Thanks, i did put the wood in my living room, close by the window and central heating system, the warmest place in the casa. It was soo great! really enjoyed it.

jenny, Yes, i know, i saw what fire can do to your country, that was really very scary. I fearded for the lifes of the firefighters!

LoverOFGaiaSub, Thanks,it was great. I like a really big bonfire! Flames 3 metr high! But i have little roof over my terrace, so i kept myself in check! Otherwise, the roof would have be on fire too!
