I choose whatever your home team is. Don't be that guy that supports some out of town popular team.

I'd suggest listing all teams and randomly pick 3 and of that group you make your choice. The nerd in me has spoken.

Okay this is sorta easy...

Ask yourself why football?
ALOT of people new to the sport will just glom onto the home team.
But if you live in a city you will find pockets of fan for alot of the various teams..like im a steelers fan but live in kansascity. There are a few large bars where steeler fans gather here to watch the games.
So there are advantages to picking a team with a larger traditional fan base..
Like the packers,steelers,cowboys.
So it's easy to make new friends..your not stuck sitting at home watching football.

2. Depending on your location and team...it may be hard to literally watch. Say you live in boston and chose the la chargers as your team. Your always gonna get the west coast late game.
If you chose a better team..the more primetime/ monday night games your gonna get to see your team in.

3. Finally if i was a newbie id chose the kc chiefs..

They have been to the superbowl twice in the past 2 yrs. They have the best young quarterback in the league. They revamped their offensive line.
All of their players are back minus pending criminal charges on frank clark.

the chiefs will win 13 games easily.

If you want to have your heart ripped out, go with the Dolphins. Very talented, but they will go 3-0, then lose 7, win 6 for a 9-7 record and lose out in a tiebreaker to go to the playoffs

I tend to get behind the Steelers, but I think they're going to have a rough year. Usually the Packers are exciting to watch, but they might have a rough year also. My hometown team is Washington, and, as always, the season starts out with high hopes, but down the stretch, they collapse. Chiefs are fun to watch, too.

Did not expect this question... I am a lifelong GB Packer fan because I was born in Wisconsin... But to just suggest a random team for you? That's difficult.. Because I believe in loyalty to a team whether they win or lose... Good luck!

Life long Patriots fan here. The loss of Brady (the G.O.A.T) was tough, but in Bill we trust. Should be a very interesting season.

    Quoting  :

They certainly were!! However I am hopeful that with a bit more familiarity with the system, a full pre-season, and Mac Jones (looking very good for a rookie) in the wings, it will push him to improve
