Teri Garr, 'Young Frankenstein' actress, dead at 79 Teri Garr, known for her work in "Young Frankenstein" and "Tootsie," died Tuesday. Garr's publicist confirmed to The Associated Press that the comedian died of multiple sclerosis. Which hits home especially hard since we have a family member and friends with MS. One of my all time favorite actresses..... We have lost a lot just this year......
