It was an other day, without the alarmclock.
So, i wake up at 6:33, lovely!!
had some errands to run, shoppings, other necessary stuff.
Bought a very nice purple dress from an African lady from GHANA.
(i was her first custom of the day)
She has a very small market stand with all kind of very nice bags, all natural materials.
This dress is just a straight model, so with a belt, it will look great.
This is for me, to take with me, to France, Spain, Portugal....
The other time i was at her stand, i asked her if she had dresses with long sleaves,
She looked at me, and laughed, said it is 39-42 degrees in Ghana, we dont need long sleaves!
We both laughed about it.
she was soo true!! 
She is a very nice, rather young woman, i like to buy things at her stall, just to support her.
The next time i visit her, i will take more time, to talk with her, maybe take something nice to drink or eat, with me..?
I got one rain shower, today, after that, it became a nice sunny day!
So, at the end of the afternoon, i decided to go work in my garden.
Had to put two plants in an other space....
The elder went rather will, and the small conifer, too.
Had to clean some high plant box, that was a lot of work!
But, i got it done!
My sister might want that high plant box for in their little garden....
I do feel my back, muscles in both my arms &hands, i always get muscle ache very fast.
The same day!
My hands do feel like i sanded something with them, barehanded.
My skin feels very rough.
I like that!!
No pantys, lace or stockings for me!! LOL
It was a great day, even did sit in the sunshine, enjoying the bees and wasps who liked my honey a lot!!
So, for tomorrow, there will be more garden work, but this time much more light works.
Maybe?

You must know, on my former travelings, to France, i just let my partner make the decisions, because it was my first time, i did not know anything about France.
i followed him.
Also, he liked to be the one in charge.....
Talking/ knowing the language is also helping!
BUT, now i am going on my own, so i have to battle my own battles, so to say...
Checked up on France, i knew, from before, going on a bike, was rather dangerous in France.
The France are like madmen when put behind their stearing wheel...
They did not have many bike routes, or they stopped and you had to drive on a semi highway! Freaking dangerous, especially at night...
Nowadays, they seem to have changed their idea about biking in their country.
They made bike ways, where train trails were, before
also made some bike roads, next to the rivers,
No other trafic!
Safe, for bikers!
So i am happy, i confronted the big pink elephant!
It will be a nice adventure to go on my bike, through France.
I have faith!
I even checked out the most difficult part of my ride,
in France......
I take an other route, that will take more time, but hey! I am in no hurry, at all!
I dont want to take to the big mountains.
I want to take it easy and slow...

It is like spring, overhere
It is almost 20 degrees, and raining.
It is totall madness
I can sit outside, put on a fire.
It is october!!
It should be cold!
Not that i dont like this weather at this moment
But, we all know, this is not as it suppose to be!!
All over the world!
It is still dark, too early in the afternoon, i have to put on the lights inside, to be able to see what i am cooking..
But the temps are really great, actually.
A bit more sunshine would make my day.
This is not too bad, for my Seasonal Affective Disorder.

You have to know, the background, first.
England gave/ sold? the same area to both folks, telling them, you take care of deviding this part of the world up to your liking, or something like that.
Instead of bombing each other, they should actually bomb England, who created this missery...

Also, you must not forget, a whole lot of countries have some very big general guilt trip, about what happened to the jews, in the second WW.
Especially when they did not much, to protect, hide them....
This guilt trip make them, forgive the Jews, isreal, for more then 50 years of k^il_ ling, m&ur, dering and tortu-, re their 'enemy'...

Although i dont pretend to have much of a overall picture...
I only do know, when things dont feel right, no matter what.

Iam very happy to be able to work in that workplace with bikes
I have to get used to all the very strange, and sometimes a bit scary people running around there.
They all have some sort mental problem or disadvantage in life.....
Big on meds, too.
There is this one man, he is really a danger.
A walking psychose.... or so it seems, from my point of view...
scary shit and he has somehow decided he hates this Indian guy, wants to stab him.
He talks a kind of very strange English... nobody understands him.
I try to keep an eye on him and stay away from him.
always watching where he is, what he is doing.... and if i have some heavy tools lying around, to throw at him, when he comes too close.
Last week, i finished my first bike!
Há, did it all!
wheels, spoke, brake, light, sadle, did it all!!
Ofcourse mister sour was not able to complement me with it
I dont care!
i knów i did a great job!!
Now this week i am already working on an other bike. Cleaning it first
before i do any work on it.
It will look as good as new, when i am finished with it!
Talking with my Indian friend, she told me; Oh, an Indian man!!
watch out! they hate women very much, he will never give you any credits.
He is does not matter much....
It was nice to get confirmed what i already new, found out, about him.
Ofcourse there is a radio on, on the workfloor, and i always sing the songs i like.
Somehow, that is soo very new, the whole floor is silent and listen to me, singing, i have a rather nice singing voice, if i may say so, myself! LOL
Last week B commented on my singing; you know alot of lyrics.
I do.
We talked about our preferred radio channels; his rock , mine anything.... as long as it swings, there is a sax, drum and bass in it,
except for classical music.
This caste system what was active in India, it is ingrained in their bloodstream, even when, now, the gouvernment said, the kaste system is wrong and it is no longer allowed to use that.
It is, for sure, in the older folks, still very much a life in their way of thinking.
And women are the lowest of the lowest.....anyway.... 
misogyny instutionalised in a country....

Boh, hello,
About that sour-base. or alcalic cook book.
What they say in those two books i have, is;
you have to eat much, much more fruits, vegies, dried fruit, some nuts, almonds, and hazelnuts.
and you have to eat just a little meat, wheat products, dairly products.
We do also need some sour products to keep the balance, the one can not function without the other, but most modern food is the other way around.
Most people eat way too much meat, dairly, wheat products and not ever enough vegies, fruits, nuts, dried fruits; .. dades, abricots.
Your digestion system is most strong in the morning, and get slower and slower in the afternoon.
So, start the day with a big meal, and lunch too and eat just a little bit in the evering.
One other thing, is, dont eat after 20:00 hour, because your bowel needs time to digest all that food.
Sure, you can make a exception, when there is a party or something like that, but there too, dont over eat.
Eat a good big meal, before going to that party, family gathering or such.
Yes, you have to make some changes, when you want to try this out.
I have experienced that it is mostly a mind set, what i had to change.
Change your ideas about (healthy) food, about what i learned to be "healthy food", wich was not the case.
The whole food industrie is based on pushing people to eat MORE wheat/ dairly, meat....
telling them, they NEED that to be A REAL MAN, OR become healthy.. NOT
It is a lie. It is commerce....
Because the effects of all that sour food, is cumulative, people only feel the effects of it, later, much later on in life... getting reuma, or high blood pressure, or any other kind of lifestyle deseases/ welfare, prosperity deseases, old age sicknesses...
You can get old, without being half handicapped.
Without all kind of ailments.
I hope this will help you on your way of becoming healty! (er?)
and staying that way, too~
We all start with 4-0 behind.
Because we have been fed this way of eating for so long, it is almost something that "runs" in the family, but not really....
It is the overall effect of too much sour food and not enough alcalic, base food.
I do believe that.
Dont forget to enjoy this new change!
Create a new way of thinking about food and eating and enjoy it!

I love it,
No alarm clock waking me.
In such a way, that i am totally in action modes.
No, just wake up, when the body thinks it is time, love it.
Then just do some thing here and there, work some in the garden, in the kitchen, cleaning the bathroom, in the mean while, thinking about what i would like to eat, be on here, for a while....
Such a lovely way to start my day.
Listening to the radio, too

I had this guy writing to me, with me
We exchanged some messages.
He was into f8cking everything with a hole, so to say....... as i could read in that little bit of his profile text....
All was very decent, nothing nasty going on, and then, all of the sudden, he decided to call me sweetheart or something like that...
I truelly and totally dislike it, when men, do that
I have a profile name!!
How difficult is thát!?
So, i told him, you step over a bounderie here, i dont like that.
In bdsm there is some sort of protocol, act of conduct...
WOw, that did not went down very well.
How nasty and yet very civilised did he try to kick me in the butt!
SOUR!! soo nasty sour.
Telling me, that nowadays, there was no longer such a thing.
That everyone and everything was banging everyone!!
That i, with my purist about bdsm, could get myself somewere else...

Was an other day in the workplace.
i really do enjoy myself there.
The only thing is, i am drilled in a kind of working moral, to get things going.
Up to tempo and all that.
I have to slow down, very much so...
Today i managed to repair a bike chain, while the sour person and the other one, did not get it going.
I told them, this is higher math, you know!
You have to bust your brain for this.
Both got crazy and walked away.
So, i took over, i had an other bike, with the same gear, to have as an example.
went back and fort to see, if i got it right!
The other man, B, tried to help, but got very frustrated.. so he walked around, grumbling!! LOL
Telling himself, he was a sorry kind of a man, when he needed the help of a woman to fix this bike.
inside, i laughed my head off!!
Dont make such a fool of yourself!!
it is just a bike! dont get hysterical about that!
So, i got this gear thing right, B helped in the end, because he has more physical muscle power to manouvre...
He was soo happy i fixed it!!
We high fived!! LOL
The whole workplace witnessed this.
He was shouting and laughing!!
The sour person, ofcourse did not say one positive thing.
What ever!!
During the day, people kind of walked around me, when i came too close, they did take a step back!
That gave me soo much fun!
I am just a small person.......
I worked on a light and on some other kind of gear. Both did not went well!
I dont know where it went wrong, it was very, very frustrating, to not get those two things done!!
Every day, i am totally kapot, have muscle ache and i like it!
So much to learn!!
I think, i can fix the most common things, allready.
like how to replace a spoke and a tire and and put back a wheel and work with the chain tensioner.
Now i want to learn how to fix my kind of gear...
Just in case....
And have to conquer this light on my own bike!!
Cant stand it, that i could not get it fixed!!
What is wrong, where is the hitch!
When the sour person is very, very grumpy, i yell at him, dont be such a sour person!
It is enough now! LOL

This crazy man on the job, talked to me, today.
He first asked me: are you crazy?
I told him, ohyeah, i am dangerously crazy.
wait and see!
Him laughing, me laughing.
Then he told me, you are a nice person.
you greet every one, talk with every one.
I was a bit flabbergasted, Huh?
sure, why not, if they behave nicely, i behave nicely...
The other day, he asked me, if i was a woman, so i told him, no, i am elephant.
He laughed his head off...
Very strange conversations going on.....
This guy does not really know the Dutch language very well, so they try to learn him all kind of nasty things to say.
Everyone laughs, and after that, they tell him, you better not say that on the street, to someone!!
