I am a published author in scientific journals and I was doing more research as a paid post-doc. I like to try to make things that no one has ever made before, or find easier cheaper ways to make useful materials.
I also love to teach because I feel like I am helping people get through the tests and challenges that they face. I have a need to help people, and would like to find a way to make a difference in the world. I have compassion for other people, and prefer to think before I act, but sometimes I am not aware of how I come across to others. I have been a hard worker as long as I can remember, and am very goal oriented, always pushing towards accomplishing things that are important to me and checking them off the list in my head so to speak.
I have always loved to sing and loved performing with instruments when in high school, but I kept the singing to myself until I joined a choir, as I was shy and did not want others to ruin it for me by tearing it down. I only recently sang by myself in front of people, and found that I am a hit at karaoke. I love to get in the zone and perform, especially when I can get half the bar singing along with me. It turns out I am pretty good, I was just always afraid to let anyone see because I loved doing it so much but was worried that I wasn't that good. Turns out I'm gifted instead. Singing and writing are about the only things I kept to myself because they were too personal to me to risk having torn down, but eventually my drive to explore new things and perform pushed me to show them to others.
I am a little adventurous and like to try new things. I have been in relationships where we explored spanking and handcuffs for fun and sometimes we agree to accept discipline from each other also. I mostly am drawn to being in control during this, but do enjoy being the one 'tied up' as well. Also, if it is more of a discipline experience, I always feel the need to be fair and error on the side of leniency. As part of being fair, if a girlfriend wants to be disciplined rather than just play, then I feel the need to accept discipline from her should she feel that I have also done something improper or unfairly.
I used to write fantasies as Robert Fillmore or Filmore at Saxon Spanking years ago. I have written a real life account of me and my ex-wife's from 7 years ago and will post somewhere; I look to write many more RL accounts from previous experiences as I have time. Maybe those should all get posted here.

Honesty 100%. I am terrible at lying because I do not do it, hate to do it, and the once in a while time that I feel stuck that I must lie, I come right back and apologize and straighten it out. I expect other people to be as truthful with me.
I need someone with a kind heart, that has empathy for other people. A person with a sweet soul that aims to please and takes other people's needs into consideration, but will be straightforward to let me know what they want.
I am looking for an independent person that wants to find that special someone. Someone that does what they say they are going to do, that makes decisions and follows through, not just changing with the wind every day. Someone with big dreams and tries their best to see them come true would be amazing. Work hard and play hard, maybe even harder!
